Owned by Antonio Faganello, Colsaliz is well equipped with modern facilities
but dates back to 1889. The grapes for this Prosecco grow on rather high hills
and take longer to mature, giving it a lovely aromatic character. It has well
balanced acidity and a refreshing, persistent fizz.
