Bouchard Père＆Fils成立於1731年，由 Michel Bouchard 在 Beaune 創立。它是布根地最古老的酒莊之一，延續了近3個世紀和9代人的傳統。

1775年， Joseph Bouchard 在著名的“Les Caillerets”中收購了他在 Volney 的第一批葡萄園，並開始發展家族的葡萄園產業。
